Introduction 

The Service Quality Management Division is one of the divisions in the Quality Assurance Center, UPM which is responsible for planning, managing, implementing, and monitoring all activities related to service quality management and the culture of innovation in services at UPM.

  

Functions and Roles 

a.       Manage and coordinate UPM's ISO certification through the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS);b.       Manage and monitor the cultivation of quality through the implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA); andc.       Manage quality recognition through Service Quality and Innovation Day (Hari Kualiti dan Inovasi Perkhidmatan -HKIP), Administrative Management Star Rating & Quality Award.
