5 Januari 2024, Serdang –Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA), Universiti Putra Malaysia received a benchmarking visit on Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) from the PUTRA International Center (i-PUTRA), Universiti Putra Malaysia on Friday, 5th January 2024. The delegation of i-PUTRA consists of 27 staf led by the Deputy Director of i-PUTRA, Associate Professor Dr. Syazwani Idrus. Also present were Mr. Abdul Razif Abdul Razak and Mrs. Ida Suhaila Md Tahir, i-PUTRA Senior Assistant Registrar and all i-PUTRA staff. This benchmarking visit aims to see EKSA's best practices that have been implemented at CQA. The visit started with a welcome by the Head of the Service Quality Management Division, Mrs. Haslida Hassan, who is also the Chair of the EKSA CQA Implementation Committee, then followed by a brief briefing on the implementation of EKSA at CQA by Mrs. Zenaida Md Zenon, as the EKSA CQA Coordinator. Then the i-PUTRA delegation was taken on a tour of the entire space at CQA. Among the responses received from i-PUTRA representatives were "Very interesting and very helpful in giving ideas to be put into practice at iPUTRA", "Very good and satisfying. Learned a lot" and "Very uniform and neatly organized". Overall, the nearly 2-hour visit had a positive impact on both PTJs as they were able to share information and exchange views on the management and implementation of the best and most suitable practices of Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) to be implemented in their respective PTJs.
