13th Disember 2023, Cameron Highlands -The exposure of a fully accredited education programme is very important as well as having an impact on the development of an individual's career and this was proven when the Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Seri Tapah, Tapah gave good cooperation by sending their 60 students of Form Four, which consisted of 95% children from the Semai tribe, to the Program Akreditasi Pemangkin Kecemerlangan Kualiti on 13 Disember 2023. The one-day programme at MARDI Cameron Highlands, Pahang featured two slots, namely the Accreditation Management Slot delivered by Deputy Director of CQA, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Noor Syamilah Zakaria, while the second slot was delivered by Miss Nor Syazila Abdul Rahim on Learning Style Techniques. This programme focuses on the long term and short term impact where by understanding the Learning Style Techniques that are detailed according to each person's suitability, they can apply the techniques throughout the study period at school until they sit the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia examination so that they get a brighter decision in the lesson, while the knowledge of the Accreditation Management also provides exposure to the importance of education programmes with full accreditation from MQA in the education system in Malaysia and on the development of their career in the future. Program Akreditasi Pemangkin Kecemerlangan Kualiti is a community programme implemented by the CQA which although its core tasks are more focused on the quality of services and accreditation of education programmes in the university, but they also took the oppurtunity to do knowledge transfer program with people in need as one of the activities of volunteerism and community service representing UPM to the community.
