24th February 2023, Serdang- The Welfare and Social Club, Center for Quality Assurance  (CQA) has organized an internal course for staff by inviting two instructors from the Smart Campus and Digitization Division, Information and Communication Development Center (iDEC) to train staff on using the Google Space application. Training was conducted by Ts. Saiful Ramadzan Hairani and Mr. Mohd Faiz Mazlan to 13 CQA staffs which were held in CQA Meeting Room. Immediately after the course ended, Miss Aidawati Ramali as the President of the Welfare and Social Club, Center for Quality Assurance (CQA) presented souvenirs to both instructors as a sign of appreciation. Through this training, it is hoped staff will get exposure on how the Google Space application works in managing and monitoring of activities, actions, feedback as well as communication in the organization. In addition, the use of Google Space is also seen to improve staff competency in using the latest information technology in facilitate them to carry out tasks more easily, quickly and effectively.
