2 September 2022, Serdang - The Quality Assurance Center received visitors from the Co-Curriculum and Student Development Center and the Putra Agricultural Center to participate in the implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) practiced at the Center of Quality Assurance (CQA). A total of 18 staff members from both PTJs were present during this visit session. The visit started with a brief briefing session by the Head of the Service Quality Management Division, CQA as well as the EKSA Coordinator of CQA before the workspace visit session was held. This visit is a sharing session between PTJ for the purpose of improving the existing EKSA implementation.
