14th February 2024, Serdang – Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) of Universiti Putra Malaysia held a Conducive Public Sector Ecosystem (EKSA) benchmarking visit to the School of Graduate Studies (SPS) on 8^th January 2024 and to the Sultan Abdul Samad Library (PSAS) on 12^th January 2024. Visit to SPS was led by Mrs. Haslida Hassan as the Chair of the EKSA CQA Executive Committee with 10 CQA staffs while the visit to PSAS was led by Mrs. Zenaida Md Zenon who is also the EKSA CQA Coordinator with 8 CQA staffs.

This benchmarking visit aims to get an overview and sharing experiences and to see the best practices of EKSA that have been implemented by SPS and PSAS. The visit was started with a welcome by PTJ's EKSA Committee Chairman, Mrs. Norhasliza Hassan (SPS) and Mrs. Haslawati Maamor (SPS), a brief briefing on the implementation of EKSA at PTJ by PTJ's EKSA Coordinator, Ms. Nur Nadjla Ahmad Razei (SPS) and Mrs. Nurul Ainie Mokhtar (PSAS) and followed by a tour of the entire PTJ.

Overall, the 2-hour visit at SPS and PSAS has had a positive impact on the staff of CQA because they were able to share information and exchange views on the management and implementation of the EKSA which is best and appropriate to be implemented in CQA. The visit has given a lot of input and inspiration to the CQA staff to continue the implementing of EKSA in CQA.
