December 19, 2023, Kajang  - A Thousand Memories Ceremony for Mrs. Nurhanisah Sadun (Head of Academic Quality Management and Accreditation Division) and Mrs. Azarizam Ali (Head of Self-Accreditation and Professional Bodies Section) was held on 19th December 2023 at RBG Restaurant, Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya attended by 16 CQA families.  Welfare and Social Club, Centre for Quality Assurance  (KKS CQA) organized the farewell ceremony in conjunction with the transfer of Mrs. Nurhanisah to the Faculty of Human Ecology (FEM) while Mrs. Azarizam to the Bursar's Office from 2nd January 2024. The ceremony also celebrated two new members who will attach to CQA namely Ms. Rahmawati Umar from the School of Graduate Studies (SPS) and Mr. Salahuddin Ahmad Ayob (Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Research & Innovation). During the event, Prof. Dr. Amin Ismail, Director of CQA had delivered a speech of appreciation and thanks for their commitment and contribution during their tenure at CQA. Later, Puan Nurhanisah and Puan Azarizam were given the honor to deliver a speech for CQA colleagues. As a sign of remembrance, the Welfare and Social Club has prepared souvenirs. Mrs. Nurhanisah has served at CQA for 7 years starting in November 2017 while Mrs. Azarizam has served for 1 year and 8 months since April 2022. Indeed, these two persons have played an important role in planning the preparation and managing the course of the UPM Self-Accreditation Compliance Audit on  21 to 23 June 2022 to ensure that UPM successfully maintains its self-accreditation status for the second time.
