24 Oktober 2023, Serdang - Centre for Quality Assurance  (CQA) has successfully organized its first income generation project by organising  'COPPA for Beginners' one day course which was held on 24th October 2023 at Putra Future Classroom, Faculty of Educational Studies. This course has successfully attracted 17 participants from UPM Education Training (UPMET) consists of 5 participants, Universiti Keusahawanan Koperasi Malaysia (UKKM) consists of 3 participants, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) consists of 2 participants, Taylor's University Lakeside Campus consists of 2 participants, ALFA University College consists of 2 participants and Universiti Putra Malaysia consists of 2 participants. Among line-up speakers involved are CQA Associate Fellows namely Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muskhazli Mustafa (Faculty of Science), Assoc. Prof. Ir. Dr. Farah Nora Aznieta Abd. Aziz (Faculty of Engineering) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fazirulhisyam Hashim (Faculty of Engineering). The main focus of this course is to give participants exposure regarding the following topics: Overview on COPPA 2nd edition COPPA  2nd edition: The 3 Columnar Mapping of the Criteria and Standards MQA-01 and MQA-02: Preparation Strategy COPPA 2nd edition: Evaluation Instruments Managing Academic Audit: UPM experience   Through this course, the income generation that has been obtained is as much as RM 5710.00
