Quality Management System (QMS) MS ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit Course 2025

27th March 2025, Serdang – Center of Quality Assurance has organized the QMS MS ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit Course for the year 2025 on February 12 - 13, 2025 (Wednesday - Thursday) at Mini Auditorium 1, Level 3, Building of Deputy Vice Chancellor's Research and Innovation Office, UPM starting at 9.00 am until 5.00 pm. This course is an enhanced course for University Auditors and also for PTJ Auditors with the aim of upgrading PTJ Auditors to University Auditors. This is in preparation for the UPM Internal Audit for the Quality Management System (QMS) MS ISO 9001:2015 which will be held from 7 April 2025 to 6 June 2025. This course was conducted by Mr. Mohd Izhwan Muhamad from the Faculty of Engineering, UPM. He is also a University Auditor and has extensive experience in the Quality Management System (QMS) MS ISO 9001 either inside or outside Universiti Putra Malaysia. This course was attended by 26 participants with the objective of specifically learning about the clauses in the ISO standard that are in effect, how to plan, implement, prepare reports and take follow-up actions for internal audits, write non-conformity reports and how to take corrective and follow-up actions for non-conformities to strengthen the implementation of internal audits in improving the effectiveness of the UPM Quality Management System. This course successfully achieved the planned objectives and the participants were very satisfied with the organization of the course.
